Everyone was so excited about the Royal Wedding in New York it got me excited, so we made a party of it and invited some friends over and had a Royal Wedding Lunch. As we were away the week before I left it a little late to shop and the shops were totally sold out of scones (after I'd bought the last ones), clotted cream and bunting. Good job I already had flags and Chris found extra thick double cream at the one shop I hadn't been to. Well done Waitrose.
