Farewell for now New York, New York!

After checking out and checking our luggage we had the most wonderful breakfast at the Astro Resturant, so busy, so popular and highly recommended. Our hotel was in Midtown and very well located, we walked down via FAO Schwartz, famous toy shop full of adults I have to say, to Central Park. We went East to West and saw the Manhattan temple then caught the subway back to Times Square for more T-shirt shopping. You can not go to New York and not get an "I heart New York" T-shirt, I think its against the law or something. We went to the Natural History Museum for the afternoon always a treat. We had supper back near the hotel at a fantastic place called "Pazza Notte" the menu was great I wish we'd found it on the first day really but this day was the first day we were all hungry at the correct times and finished our food. We were on American time just in time to go home!!!
Our driver came for us at 7.45p.m. and we flew home from Newark. We loved the break but although we tried hard to cram everything in, we still have a lot of things to see and do, so there will have to be a next time I think. Are we sad about that? No we are not, we love New York!
